Taffy.

Sick...sounds like some glitch in the intro...sweet little melody going with that quite fuzzy rhythm...hmmm...it's picking up, still a little fuzzy, still quite...hmm, sick whale sounding thing. Nice little break. ..hmmm erie melodies playing here. Very dramatic yet calm. This is pretty different from alot of your other stuff, though some things stick out and remind me of some of your other tracks... I'm really liking it...I wish it was a bit longer though. And I wish it kicked up into something more, but for what it was, it was pretty cool. I really liked it...haha sub bass kick there.

You're really pumping out the tunes eh?

Hmm, i'm not a fan of hip hop/rap, and I always felt the beasty boys were...just kind of funny, but you actualy managed to make them sound really pretty cool. Your bass drum patterns always sound really solid, as do your cymbal variations. The pads are solid, and the synth melodies=sexy....to the max. The Bass line that underlined it all was tight. Really, it was all really good.

Arr, you win good sir. You win hard.

That's why I love the Beastie Boys; they're hilarious XD I did an "Intergalatic" Remix a while back; you should check it out :)

Thanks for the review!

teehee, sugar@!

Never heared of the genre "horror." Sounds interesting. I think...you could have built the suspense up by adding some chrechendos, and dechrechendos. The levels were pretty constant, so the the suspense was pretty predictable. Please don't take that as an insult. I really liked the composition as a whole. The chords where out there and pretty dark. Again, I don't know the genre, but I would have substituted the drum rhythem for a pit orchestra's percussion section...this sound could have used some strings here and there. That piano was really classical at the start. It's interesting to hear it get choped up and distorted a bit. I think it might be cool to hear some classical meets glitch if you get what i'm saying.

Funny, I also have a track labeled "Antagonist." :P

SoulofDeath responds:

So you're the one who had the name already lol, and thanks for the criticism and ideas, i might have to try that sometime.

AHHHHH

haha, what the hell? This was freaking awesome. I love it! There isn't anything I can say other than...MOMMMMM? I gave you a one for effort, because...well...yeah.

VegetarianMeat responds:

Thanks for the review. I had a great time making this one :P

Yay!

haha. This reminds me of the music that used to play in old school flash cartoons. I'm so using this in my next cartoon. So simple, but catchy : P

Joowna responds:

thx mate, and did you used it?

Hrmmr har!

Hmm ,really interesting sounds going on here. It's hard for me to follow some of it, but the deeper into I get the more I like it. The vocals are cool, but they don't sound powerfull...not that they have to be louder, but, maybe a second take...it's like you're trying to get those blues out, but you're not blue enough? lol, don't know if that makes any sense. Maybe less echo, or something. If you have the chance to expieriment, go ahead and do so, if not, then it's cool. It's only minor, you deffinatly know what your doing. Your F]falsetto voice is soothing to my ears :D I really like that. I'm not a big dance fanatic, but what you got going is nice. Keep up the great sounds.

sweet sounding sounds.

"not original though" ho har? I thought it was pretty original...did you use alot of samples or something? Arr, those funky guitars. Good sounds man, good sounds. Really love the action going on here. It gets kind of muddled under all the action and my brain doesn't quite know how to take in all the sounds, so i'm gonna have to download to take it all in over a few listens. But I really like what i'm taking in. It's intense. I'll tell you, what, if I ever finish up my latest cartoon, i'll make sure to use this as it's credit music, mmm k? Thing is...I just got a new computer and flash cs3, so I'm not sure If I can bring back my toon :(

Sweet sounds.

I wasn't sure if you accidentaly submitted to the wrong genre at first because that piano was so damn good. I was like "ahhhh, sexy piano. Must be classical or something," but, I was proved wrong right quick. The progression into the pure electronica was really tight. The instruments paint a really nice sound, the drums thumping. Really great job man. Slick sounds. Thre isn't alot I could tell you in terms of improvement, as I think you have things down to a tee. Maybe the next reviewer will leave something insightfull...haha the way it loops back to that piano is wacky. It just sounds so different.

classicblue responds:

thanks dude I really spent alot of time on this one and I am learning more as I go along. Thanks again dude!

Hmmm....

...Should I copy and paste my old review? Or should I just...eh. Whatever. It wasn't really that significant :P Nothing but ramblings.

Rawrthaas responds:

but I enjoy your rambling :S

My sub woofer eats this song.

Got some nice sounds going on. My sub woofer is eating this up...nice bass melody, hmm, interesting sounding instrumet/sound effect with those chrechendos. Pretty classic electronica i'd say. I don't listen to trance that much, but i'd say this works quite nicely. Hmm, there was one cymbal at one spot in the song, it sounded a little out of place. Maybe you could have found a better cymbal that held it's note a bit longer

If there was one underlying aspect in this song that brought down the overall score, i'd say it has to be how muddled/bassy it all sounds. You could have played with some different sounds to clear up the bass a bit, or you could have had a higher pitched lead melody/equalized the melodies you allready had to the fore front a it better...hmmm...dunno. Other than that, i'd say this track is ace swell. Right o, splendid, pip pip.

Pulse6 responds:

Thanks for the review Quarl!

I know it was a bit bassy and heavy, but I didn't have enough time to finish it. Still, thanks again!

I'm here for a long time, not a good time.
