Eh.
You have a long ways to go. I gave you a five for the save points, but this toon probably deserved much less.
Things to work on...
-Higher frame rate. You're toon was way too chopy. It may be more work, but it's worth it, trust me.
-Color. It's not as hard as you think. You just have to make sure there arn't any gaps in you're shapes before you use the paint bucket tool.
-Sound. Music will go a long way pal. All you have to do is import a song (wav.), and put the song on a key frame.
-Fluidness (is that a word?) You don't have to make an entirely new drawing per every other frame. Erm,...what I mean is that I noticed places where objects changed positions when they didn't have to. Example: that table the guy was leaning on kept moving at ther begining. This type of problem is easy to avoid...but I don't think I can cover it in this review...
Im not taking it easy on you because you say it's you're second toon. In fact, im not taking it easy on you at all. My first frame by frame was way better than this. However, I think you have alot more potential than me. I can tell that if you take some of my advice to heart, you will aspire to be a kick ass animator. Shoot for the stars dude. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to email me.
