Arrrr.

Those drums came in so loud. Whatever, at least the beats cool. The bass is really neat. Gritty and everything. If you ask me, i'd say this track is missing something, maybe some sort of underlying melody. It just sounds really empty, but what you got is pretty strong. You should have had that crechendoing effect at the begining come back later in the track or something. You could have had it stick in the background for a while...dunno. All In all, it's a sick song. Good work man.

DSMagnum responds:

Or maybe it's missing effects? I haven't really been worrying about the upper end in my tracks recently. I've just been trying to get my basses right. As for the the pad, I've gotten many things saying I should have brought it back. If it wasn't so harsh on my CPU, I probably would have. But seeing as it would slow me down so much, the mastering would have been much worse than it was.

purrrrrr

nice glitch. I really liked it. I think the song can use more though. It comes of as really empty, and it's so short. Get some more in there please? (I really really like where this is going though.)

comanche2 responds:

Thanks for the reply! Yea its a work in progress I need to find some acapella rap or ragga I want to make a kind of glitch-jungle song kinda like Datachi's "LaByRa."

Nice track taffy.

Hmmm , sounds pretty original. I like the drums for the most part... they're sort of dnb, cliched, but some of its really cool. The melodies all work real nice. I like the sounds and what not, really, good stuff. The ambience of the music in some parts really underlines the drums, and makes you focus on the rhythem. I think this is a pretty cool track. Deffinatly worth a 5 and a download.

Purrrrrrrr.

ha, damn. Got that slow kicking beat and some slick bass. It wasn't what I was expecting, but it was good. The only problem I can see here is how animators wanting to loop this will have to figure out how to do so manually, becuase letting it go back to the start is just doesn't loop too good. With that in mind, you should have created a smooth ending. Really, that's the only problem here. Good work, and good luck!

Taffy job! (and I do like my taffy)

Whats pico feeling you ask? Have you ever played pico? Go play it if you havn't. A majority of the sound track from the game was Hive, but I'm guessing you might allready know that, and you're just being sarcastic?

In anycase, I really like this track. IT loops nicely, and the sounds mix nicely. The rythem is pretty neat, but it could use a little bit of work. Oh, and that guy that reviewed this last might not have voted. He might just have dropped a review and ran. Eh. If it makes you el better, I gave you a five. This track definatly deserves more attention. I think it;s prety competitive. It's bright and dark at the same time, giving it some sort of innocence and character. I can almost see a story un fold when I listen to it.

Buoy responds:

yea i've played pico but I still don't know how I make a "pico feeling"

well the score dropped just when he reviewed, I didn't really think he was the one who bombed it...

thanks for the review!

Arrrr, Taffffyyyyy.

I loved those rythmical squishy noises at the begining of the track, it builded into a neat little rhythem section. This is a really cool song...I'm not sure if it's pure techno, it kind of mixes a few sounds. Overall though, I'd say this is really original. Really dramatic!

Taffy taffy taffy.

haha, I can totaly see someone DDR dancing to this. It was a really simple track, in melody and rhythem, but it held together in the long run. I really liked the synths at the begining of the track. The snare and bass drum variation was nice. Kept things original. Overall, I think it's a little too repetitive, but it's still good.

beatmasterJAG responds:

Hahaha, ask Nukem to web cam himself next time he does it! I've seen him film himself trying to be a master of the DDR before :P ROFL

Thanks for the review!

Not your work, but whatever.

This is just a garage band mix. I'm sorry, but can you please be a little more original? I'm not blowing any whistles here, but really, the presets are just ment to give you ideas. They arn't there for you to claim for your own. Really, expieriment a bit with thr programs recording capabilities. It's easy. Just open a new track and use a software instrument. Lay down some drums, then play....eh.

Taffy song sir taffy of taffville.

I didn't know what to think when I heard the intro all low because I've never actually heared one of your tracks before, but I was really pleased with this. It had some really possitive energy to it. When I heard that synth charge up, I was like "adfgn fam s." My only complaint was how short this track was. It could have been wayyy longer :)

I ENVY this track. WOAH, I'm so punny. haha... :(

Envy responds:

The intro was an idea I had right from the beginning to have it slightly quiet, and I think it worked out pretty well! And yeah it definately could have been longer, but perhaps that's for another day and another remix...

I Quarl you for your remix... Does that mean anything?

I'm here for a long time, not a good time.
