Hmm, 1nverted channel are fucking up teh mono. Radio cat iz n0t watching me masturbate :'(

i thought Reason wasnt compatible with third party plugins?

also, i thought u might know what julliard (sp?) is because you live in New York..

Third party plugins? No idea what you mean, but I've been fucking around with reason now for the last few days and nothing's come up that's hindered my joy, so I guess it's not a big deal?

Can't wait to hear some new REASEON FUOR TUNEZ FRUM U

RAWR!

oh- well you mentioned VSTs in your post. Third Party plugins are just extra synths or effects or whatever that you download outside from what came with the package and then just load it in your program. I dont think Reason has the ability to load third party plugins, maybe thats just version 3....have fun tho!

Ar! Thanks man!

yea what suspended was saying was that reason sadly doesnt support vsts [though you can get around that by dling reaper [free] and then reWiring it [though ive never tried that lol]] but the reason soundpacks are decent and with some creativity you can still get really good sounds [i dont have any refills or rewired programs :D]

Ar, that's a neat little trick. I'll remember to look into it when I get better at reason. I would hate to start downloading more apps before I feel comfortable with what I have allready.

I love any reason! ^_______^ <3 <3 <3

I love you ;)

I'm here because I think your name is cool.

Thanks. I like your name too *blush

eh, never got the hang of Reason. Also, I remember the sequencer, sucked hard. But back then, I didn't use a Midi-controller, magnifying my gripes with it. Did they ever come out with a version that allowed the use of third-party plugins?

I don't have the inspiration/patience do digital music that much anymore, but my go-to program since 2017 has been Logic Pro. While I still and probably always will believe in the "it's the person not the tool" philosophy, I see what people mean when they label FL Studio being a toy. Logic Pro just is that more professional as a program. Unfortunately I don't have a Mac, and only have access to the program when I'm at school.

I agree with "the person not the tool" philosophy. End of the day, a creative musician will compose music with a video camera. Beat boxing has given me a whole new respect for using the voice as a creative tool. I used to hate vocalists for no reason other than what I believe was envy. There is no such thing as a professional tool if you're an artist unless you happen to be a huge tool yourself. I buy crayons and chalk sometimes to take my ego down a peg.

Artists need to create. That is all.
