CONGRATULATIONS 3rd CHORD, YOU ARE FIRST. PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND PIN NUMBER SO THAT I MAY SEND YOU A PRIZE MONEY :D

Yayay, it's good to hear from you again in so much detail! I could never imagine building an entire studio space on my own. Tom has always sounded like a complete wizard based on all the projects the two of you get up to.

Also, hang gliding sounds a little scary, but also pretty fun. I know I could never work up the courage to go bungee jumping or skydiving, but I think my heart could handle hang gliding. Kind of jealous really.

Excited for you to get your proper studio space soon, and your marriage too of course, a little further out! Hope to hear some new stuff from you soon! :)

Tom is a wizard, Sherlock Holmes but goofier. Thought he wasn't real when I met him, thought he might be a con artist. I actually pushed him out of my life for a few years before rekindling with him when we were both in a better mindset. I got lucky, he's a unicorn. We have a friend that introduces him like "this is Tom, he robs banks" because it's easier than trying to understand the technical stuff.

It's been a couple years since my last flight, I've updated the blog with an old video for you. Skip to the bottom of the post to watch the first "sled ride." People make the assumption that hang-gliding/paragliding are adrenal thrill seeking sports but they're actually very relaxing and gentle. You learn on small hills, working up to bigger hills while practicing your ability to steer. As you "level up" you gain the knowledge to fly in rowdier wind but that rowdy wind gives you the ability to lengthen flights.

"Sled rides" are just short glides down to the landing zone but hitting thermals and ridge soaring let's you fly for hours at a time. Learning requires flying in zero wind but experience will let you fly along the ridge of a mountain; as wind hits the side of a mountain it creates an "artificial wave" which gives perpetual lift. I have some work to do to fly again but it's a long term goal for us to venture out to SLC and continue with that life...

This is extremely freaking cool to read (although I currently have -2393 attention span and cannot focus on any single thing fully, despite how insanely cool everything all seems, apologies for that xd)

But 'tis all very neat from what I've gathered B)

PS - Bernacle is certainly a thing that caught my attention. Thank you for producing such an abomination (who am I to talk though, considering my art section xd)

Lmao, attention deficit a little? My deficit is massive, can't focus on anything. That Bernacle campaign add was made for my Facebook contacts but no one on Facebook responds to that stuff so no one I know voted for Bernacle :'C

I'm very happy to read and see that you are making your own studio room, is really awesome, and seeing you in your first flight, one of the best experiences, feel the air on your body, just a beautiful experience, glad to read this new, i send you a virtual hug.
With so much love and respect.
